Your next step will be to fill in the mortgage application form.

Once the housing loan application form has been completed, we will make arrangements to send a professional valuer to prepare a valuation report on the property to make sure we can lend what you want.

We will also have to check your income.

Your Housing Loan Offer
Once we have processed your application and approved your application, we will extend to you a letter of offer of the loan, a copy of which will be given to our solicitor.
