This is a conventional financing package which is granted to developers for the purpose of residential and/or commercial development. Our customers can also leverage on an in-house Project Management and Monitoring team which is ISO 9001:2008 certified and has the expertise to assist customers in managing their projects efficiently.
Purpose
- To provide financial assistance to finance property development projects (residential and/or commercial and/or industrial)
Type Of Facilities
Term Loan
- To part finance the acquisition or purchase of the Project Land
- To redeem project land that is currently encumbered with other financial institutions
- Working capital intrinsic to the project
Bridging Loan
- To part finance the development cost of the development project
Financial Guarantee
- The normal guarantee letters required by local authorities for a development project
Eligibility
- The property development company must have a proven track record of minimum 3 years in the industry
