Commercial Property Financing
This is a financing package made available for companies to purchase or refinance their commercial or industrial properties. For Islamic facilities, the financing will be based on Al-Bai' Bithaman Ajil concept.
Purpose
- The purpose of this Commercial Property Financing is to purchase commercial/industrial properties which are already completed or are still under construction. The facility is also made available to refinance completed properties or other assets as approved by MBSB.
Type Of Facilities
- Term Financing / Al-BaiBithaman Ajil (BBA)
Eligibility
- Eligible for companies with a proven track record of minimum 3 years in the business.
